airbox needed

i need help....i own a 1989 bmw 325i that currently has an aftermarket air filter. I am told that these filters are illegal and therefore will not pass smog. I need a stock "airbox". can someone point me in the right direction. i am completely without knowledge about cars...and i need this part in a hurry. can someone help me. please thxs tzoeizme43@aol.com

I couldn't find the part you need on the BMW parts Cd. I would recomend you going to BMW dealership and getting the part ot visitng a Junk yard. You may be a ble to find an OEM part.
