HELP NEEDED PLZ

FIRSTLY HIYA EVERYONE AND WHAT A GOOD SITE THIS IS

right i have a 316i k reg bmw and am having loads of problems with the running of the car.

when i leave the car tick over it run's really ruff but when driving the car it is fine i have done the following.

1 changed the distributor cap
2 changed the rotary arm
3 changed the ht leads
4 changed the spark plugs(several times)
5 had it on a diagnostics machine(no code errors)
6 made sure the cam shaft is ok
7 made sure the fuel pump is working ok
8 tested the crank shaft timing
9 cheaked all the valves are ok
10 made sure all the air flow pipes are ok

and still it runs like a dog and is costing a fortune please can some one help me

Have you checked the fuel pressure regulator?

hiya m8 i have just been talking to the guy that is doing the work on my car and he has tested all the pressures they are all ok.(petrol fuel pumb and compression tests all come back fine)
