Dry-rotted Door/Windshield trim

Can anyone tell me where to get and how to replace the door and windshield trim? Also, does anyone know where and how to get the long plastic piece that the windshield wipers attach? (where leaves and all build up at the bottom of the windshield)

all these are either cracked or dry-rotted on my BMW 318i
