I wanna replace my Oil pan gasket on this weekend, I got the metal oil pan gasket.

-Should I use any RTV gasket makers or any other sealant along with the new gasket to provide better seal?

-Can I use the Rhino ramps for this job?

-Should I use blue (medium) loctite on the 25 oil pan bolts?

-Which loctite on the Oil Pump Bolts and on the Nut, Red or Blue (medium)?

thx

My oil pan gasket has been leaking for months. I tightened the bolts a bit, but is still seeping a good amount. I called honda for the part and they told me that there is no gasket, it is only an RTV type sealant, however Autozone, Advanced Auto carry the gasket.

For starters, How nasty is this job? and does anyone have the torque specs on the oil pan bolts. Your help is greatly appreciated
