I am selling my Rouge Engineering M3 racing clutch and light weight aluminum flywheel. Both are in very good condition with only 2,000 to 3,000 miles on them (NEVER RACED!). I took them off before I sold my 97 540i to my sister. She didn't like that the clutch pedal has an increased pressure feeling which was uncomfortable for her. The installation is relatively pain free just takes time (with the help of a bently service manual). I am also including with it the required Torx T60 extended bolt removal tool to take off the deep well flywheel bolts, which itself was $260. I bought all the parts for about $2400 and did the installation and removal in my garage in about 12 hours each. These parts are in great condition and waiting for the perfect car to go into.
